UITS Accounts, within the Help Center provides computer/system administration and assistance to the UConn community with various types of accounts (e.g., NetID) and access to many IT services (e.g., E-Mail, Husky Course Tools, VPN, Student Administration System.

If you have any questions or concerns with your account access or information, you should contact the UITS Help Center by calling 860.486.4357 or send an e-mail to HelpCenter@uconn.edu.

Please note: We are unable to release anything other than "directory information" to anyone other than the account holder. For more information see:
